The mournful sounds of bagpipes can often be heard at lunchtime on the MFC grounds, thanks to Occupational Health & Safety Officer David Cummings who has been playing the instrument for about a year."I am looking forward to competing as both a solo and band player this year in Grade 5 (bands and players are rated from lowest - Grade 5 to highest - Grade 1) at various highland games around the Province," said David. He plays with both a street band, the Sarnia-Lambton Pipe Band and the Windsor Police Pipe Band. For information on the Windsor Police Pipe Band check out their website HERE.
